  • Cancellation and RefundsIn the event of stormy weather prior to the trip the operator may cancel the cruise if he deems it inappropriate to proceed. In this case a full refund will be given.  
  • In the event of rainy weather the operator may delay departure so that the rain can clear, or ultimately postpone the cruise to an alternative day at no additional charge to the guest. If the cruise continues, but the guest chooses not to go a 50 refund will be given.
  • In the event that the guest does not show up, no refund will be given.
  • In the event that the guest wishes to cancel the trip within 7 days prior to a Stardust cruise an 70% refund will be given.
